In 2023, I moved to Europe to

pursue a master's in sustainability, 

entrepreneurship, and innovation.

 

There, I met my business partner, and together we launched Fynn Innovate, a project focused on personal growth and transformation.

This journey has been rewarding, blending my studies with my entrepreneurial aspirations to foster a supportive community.

As Brand Manager at Infinite Roots,

I develop and execute a unified brand

strategy that connects with our audience.

 

I manage branding assets across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our core values. I also organize community events to strengthen relationships and promote belonging, while driving brand growth through creative video direction to enhance storytelling.

2024

During the pandemic's chaos,

I launched Fynn Studio,

a vibrant natural light studio, and introduced Fynn Photo Books.

 

Our partnership with the iStore boosted our visibility, while we expanded into digital design services and grew our graphic and brand design team. I closed this business at the end of 2024, after twelve successful years.

2019

Back in Johannesburg, I began

photographing families and launched

an associate photographer program to train and mentor young female photographers. Recognizing the need to elevate our brand, I rebranded with a new logo and website, hired an office manager, and launched Robyn Davie Creative to cater to corporate clients and events. Committed to excellence, we focused on enhancing our services and client experience while also bringing on a marketing manager to help drive our growth. I closed this business towards the end of 2024.

2013-
2014

I moved from South Africa to LA

with the goal of leveling up my skills and

further honing my creativity. There, I launched my photographic business focusing on headshots for actors. It was a steep learning curve, merging the skills I'd developed in the film industry with the new challenges of business management and marketing. Each experience pushed me to grow, turning the journey into an exciting blend of creativity and entrepreneurship.

2012

My journey took me from South Africa

to Japan and China, where I immersed

myself in different cultures after earning my BA in Corporate Communication. Back home, I jumped into the film industry as a wardrobe stylist and art director. Those years were a whirlwind of creativity, where I honed my eye for detail, learned the ins and outs of team leadership, and embraced the necessity of professionalism in every project. Each experience shaped me into the creative I am today.
