We're hiring!

Here at RDP our team is always growing and evolving.

In the past seven years we've gone from a one-woman show, to a nine-member team, and it's time to add another member to that team.

Could you be our ultimate bubbly, cool and super awesome marketing manager?

{Please read this post all the way through - the submission guidelines are down towards the bottom of the post, and must be followed in order for your submission to be accepted!}

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has a great eye for design

  • Can work with Robyn to draw up annual content and marketing strategies

  • Can take great photographs for use in behind-the-scenes and lifestyle-type posts

  • Has great copywriting skills and excellent spelling and grammar use

  • Has basic graphic design and video editing skills

  • Has good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Wix

  • Is able to create monthly reports based off of stats and insights

  • Can manage a marketing budget

  • Has knowledge of Facebook and google ads

  • Can contribute new ideas

  • Is fun, bubbly and passionate

  • Is able to stick to deadlines and instructions/directions

  • Is intuitive and keen to learn

  • Has a finger on the pulse, and is constantly keeping an eye on international marketing trends, and updating their skills through podcasts and masterclasses

  • Is passionate about our brand, our family-focused aesthetic; can easily chat about environmental issues, health issues and other community based ideals

I really am looking for the cream of the crop - I hold myself to a very high standard, and have spent years honing my craft, and I expect the same level of commitment and excellence from my team members.

Ideally we'd be looking for someone who can start on about 10-20 hours per month, with a potential increase in hours after a few months.

This person will need to run the marketing of Robyn Davie Photography and Robyn Davie Creative.

2. Include a paragraph or two about yourself, your passions and why you would like to join my team.

3. Please let me know what area you based in (I'm happy to accept submissions for people outside of Joburg as well, as this is a virtual position).
